Reservations and Confirmations
We take reservations by phone, online, fax, or e-mail seven days a week. After initial client set-up, reservationists can usually complete a reservation for an individual in a minute or two. Then, we send an immediate confirmation via e-mail or fax for every trip and every change.
If you need to know exactly how a pick-up is going, just ask us to send updates of the vehicle’s status directly to your email. No need to wonder if the passenger is in the car.
Our generous policy requires only a three-hour notice for canceling a local, confirmed reservation without charge.

Payments and Billing
A credit card is required for all confirmed reservations. The card will be pre-authorized 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip with final billing and receipt issued the following business day. We accept personal and corporate cards from most credit card companies.
Credit accounts are available upon approval for companies that provide a minimum of $1,000 usage per month with Torrey Pines Transportation. Billing is done monthly and all monies are due upon receipt. Upon credit approval, group events with $4,000 usage or more in a one-week timeframe may also be eligible for a one-time credit account due upon receipt.
